Toggle between Queues and My Stats to access general information about all queues and specific information about each queue.
- Queuesshows the total number of queues on hold as well as the number of queues that have exceeded the wait threshold.
- My Statsshows you the amount of time you have spent in various statuses and the number of calls you have handled, transferred out, or missed.
