External Phone call:

  • You do not need to use a number before dialing out, simply dial any 10-digit number with or without a 1. 
  • Once you dialed the full 10-digit number press send/call on the screen or wait a couple of seconds for the system to start the call

Internal Phone call:

  • Dial the three/four/five digit extn of any user
  • Once you dialed the extn press send/call on the screen, or wait a couple of seconds for the system to start the call

  • To access voicemail for the first time, press the envelope button on your phone or dial 5001, and you will be prompted to enter your PIN, (set in welcome email). Follow the prompts to record your name and greeting. 
  • The default voicemail PIN is (set in welcome email)
  • The following PIN numbers are blocked for security reasons and cannot be used in the Portal.
    1. 0000, 1111, 2222, 3333, 4321, 4444, 5555, 6666, 6789, 7777, 8888, 9876, 9999, 1234, 12345, 123456, 4321, 54321, 654321, 98765
  • Voicemails can also be sent to you email and/or viewed from the online portal, or you can request our support team to enable this for you.

Most used feature codes:

  • *35 plus extn number will pickup the call ringing the extn you choose
  • 7 plus extn number will transfer a call directly to an extns voicemail
  • *50 plus the extn number will allow you to intercom another extn without ringing.

Using Park:

  • An available Park button will be green
  • An unavailable Park button will be red
  • Park buttons will be labeled Park 1 through Park X for reference
  • Parking a call on the system
    1. While on a call press any one of the available Park buttons on your desk phone and this will place the active call on hold for any user on the system to pickup.
    2. Depending on your phone you may need to scroll to the next page to view the Park buttons
  • Picking up a Parked call
    1. A parked call will be lit red and will be referenced from another user
    2. Simply press the Park button that was referenced to pickup the caller on hold

Transferring Calls:

  • Blind Transfer:
    1. While connected to a call press the “transfer” key below the screen, dial an extn or phone number external number, then press the “B transfer” key below the screen to complete the transfer.
  • Warm Transfer:
    1. While connected to a call press the “transfer” key below the screen, dial an extn or phone number external number, then press the “Call” key below the screen to connect to the other party, once connected press the “transfer” key below the screen to complete the transfer.
