Once you are logged into the portal, please select the “Apps” drop down and then select “ConnectUC” and you will be redirected to the ConnectUC login page
When at the login page please use the same credentials as you did to login to the portal.
Once logged in you will need to ensure pop ups and notifications are allowed.

From here you can use the app solely in the web browser and/or install the app. Your preference.
To install the app please select the “Install App” banner and select “Install” on the pop up. The program will install the app instantly.
If the icon to download the app is now found you can also find the download in preferences:
Once the app is installed you can click “Register” to enable phone number click to dial within Web pages.
This is optional and you can choose to add this feature in the future.
For our next steps we will need to ensure that the microphone and speakers are detected and allowed. Please Select your initials and “Preferences”.
Once the “Preferences” menu pops up, select “Audio” and the app will automatically ask you to grant permissions, please select “OK”. Then select “Allow on every visit”
