There are several way to request a password reset, from the mobile app login page, Desktop app login page, control panel and the web app.
Here is a link to the web app for the direct way to reset your password: https://elevate.serverdata.net/
Enter your email address associated with your Elevate account
Select "Forgot Password?"
Follow the prompts to reset your password.
Please open a ticket with our support team if you are unable to reset your password through the Elevate portal but emailing support@alliedphone.com or by selecting "Submit a ticket" on the top of this page.
