Elevate Mobile App: Voicemail Settings

To adjust your voicemail settings, log in to your Elevate Mobile Application and navigate to My account > Voicemail.

iOS:

Important: If you have iOS device turned on, due to restrictions on iOS 16, a call will be redirected to voicemail after 60 seconds even if the call timeout is set to 60 seconds or longer. When your iOS device has no network connection (airplane mode, device turned off, etc), a call will go to your other device, the 60-second iOS timeout will not be applied.

Here, you can modify the following options:

  • Reset Voicemail PIN
  • Enable Voicemail transcription
  • Set voicemail Notifications
  • Set a specific email address for voicemail notifications
  • Enable voicemail attachment
