Elevate Desktop App:

  1. A notification will be displayed for the user about the necessity to set up their emergency address. It will be shown for the users who meet the criteria:
    • Users who can call externally and emergency calls are available
    • Softphone mode (Computer) is selected
  • The user may provide their address by clicking the button on the notification or opening the address form from the Call Settings
  • The user may change their address via the link in the Call Settings.

Elevate Mobile App:

  1. A bottom sheet will appear. It will notify users that they must ensure their emergency address. Users can skip it and fill out the form later or open the form from the sheet.
  2. Alternatively, users may set up/edit their address later in Settings. It appears in Profile > Call settings > Emergency address
  3. Once the form is opened, a user will see the portal UI inside Elevate Mobile. 911 calls placed in the Elevate mobile app will be sent via the Elevate network and Emergency personnel will receive the Emergency service address that was previously saved in Call settings. US & Puerto Rico only click here for additional 911 call routing information.
